Preparation for
Ash Wednesday 2011

On Tuesday, the evening before Ash Wednesday, Monsignor Brennan and Seminarian Ryan Creamer proceeded to burn the palms in the presence of the students enrolled in our Faith Formation Program.
While Monsignor added each palm to the flames, creating the ashes to be used the following day, it was evident that the students enjoyed their participation in this preparation for Ash Wednesday.
