Father Chris' Farewell Party

On Sunday, June 6, 2010, the parishioners of St. Mary's bid farewell to
Fr. Chris with a potluck dinner in his honor. There were at least 300
parishioners present. The food, which had been prepared and donated by many
volunteers was outstanding. Though we are sad that Father is leaving us
after such a short stay here, we know that it is God's will to send him to
St. John of God to give them the help and guidance he so aptly provided us.
We wish him well on his journey and offer him our prayers for a long,
healthy and happy future wherever our Lord takes him.
God Bless You, Fr. Chris...we love you!!
